Subject: Where's your apron lady?

Anyone who has been paying attention knows that I just fall over my feet whenever there's a film about food to be discovered. With a title like 'How To Buy Meat', how can you not resist. This 'film', actually a series of 4 minute vignettes, features a lady dressed to the nines in the fashions of the day (but not wearing an apron??!) fondling meat and telling us the many different types of cuts and grades you can get. She mentions many things..
- Always handle meat with tongs.. even though she's been touching it all over with her pointer (pencil?) and her very well polished fingernails.
Even though this is hopelessly repetitive, This film is really enjoyable for the fashions and the dead air at the end of the segment. Highly reccomended viewing!
